What happens to my collected rubbish?
All the rubbish we collect is taken to a licensed waste facility where the majority of items are sorted and recycled responsibly. We’re a registered waste carrier with the Environment Agency (Licence No: CBDU432801), so you can be confident your waste is disposed of legally and correctly. We can provide a duty of care certificate on request.
Do you take away all types of waste?
We collect most types of mixed general waste — from old boxes and packaging to household junk, small furniture and light building materials. The only items we can’t take are hazardous materials such as asbestos, chemicals, paints or toxic substances. If you’re unsure, just ask — we’re happy to advise before you book.
Where should I leave my rubbish?
To keep things hassle-free, our team does all the heavy lifting — that’s what we’re here for. Once you’ve accepted our quote, we’ll let you know the full procedure and any access requirements. In most cases, just having clear access to the waste is all we need.
Do you offer same-day rubbish collections?

Can you move furniture as part of the clearance?
If you’d like our team to move an item of furniture to another room as part of the clearance, just let us know so we can include this in your quote. Our team will be as careful as possible, though please note we’re not liable for any incidental damage during the process.
Do you offer full household clearances?
Yes — if you need a part or complete household clearance, we offer this as a dedicated service. We can clear entire properties including lofts, garages, basements and all rooms. We also offer specialist building waste clearance if you’ve had renovation work completed. Just let us know what you need.
