We Drive Away — Job Done

Once loaded, we take everything to a licensed waste facility in a single visit. All waste is sorted and recycled wherever possible. Duty of Care certificate available on request.

Please note: We do NOT remove hazardous or toxic waste, including asbestos-containing materials, chemicals or paint. If you have bulky items or larger loads, let us know and we’ll quote accordingly.

Load & Wait means we bring our waste vehicle to your property at an agreed time and wait on-site while you or your team load the waste into the back of the van. Once you’ve loaded everything, we drive away with it all in a single visit. It’s ideal when you need a skip alternative but don’t want a skip sitting outside for days — no permit needed, no access issues, no neighbours filling it overnight.
No — never. Because our vehicle arrives, is loaded and then leaves on the same visit, there’s no requirement for a road permit at any point. Skip hire on a public road in London requires a council permit (typically £30–£80) which takes time to arrange and adds to the cost. With Load & Wait, we eliminate that entirely.
Wait time is included in the price and depends on the load size. For a small load, we’d typically expect up to 45 minutes of loading. For a half load, up to 90 minutes. For a full van, up to around 2.5 hours. If you anticipate needing longer, just let us know when booking and we can factor that in. We’re flexible and work to your pace.
Most types of non-hazardous waste can be loaded — building materials, furniture, electrical items, garden waste, office contents, general household waste and mixed rubbish. The only items we cannot accept are hazardous materials such as asbestos, chemicals, paint or toxic substances. If you’re unsure about a specific item, just ask before the visit.
