Yes — our Load & Wait service is one of the most popular options for building sites. We pull up in our van at a pre-agreed time, and your team loads the waste into the van while we wait on-site. Once loaded, we drive it away. No skip permit needed, no skip blocking access for days or weeks — it’s hassle-free, cost-effective and fast. Call us to book.
Can you do one-off end-of-site clearances?
Absolutely — we’re happy to do a single end-of-job site clearance. Whether you’ve completed a bathroom renovation, full extension or kitchen refit, just contact us with photos or a description of what needs clearing and we’ll give you a fixed price. We can often be with you the same day if you call before noon.
Do you offer regular collections throughout a build?
Yes — for building contractors and larger projects generating ongoing waste, we can arrange regular scheduled collections throughout your project. This keeps the site clean, safe and compliant at all times without you having to think about it. Contact us to discuss your project timeline and we’ll put together a schedule that works.
Do you remove asbestos?
No — we do not remove asbestos-containing materials under any circumstances. If your refurbishment or demolition involves asbestos (commonly found in older properties in Artex ceilings, pipe lagging, floor tiles and roofing), you must contact a licensed asbestos removal specialist. Once the asbestos has been safely removed by a specialist, we can then collect and clear the remaining non-hazardous building waste.
Are you a registered waste carrier for building waste?
Yes — we are a fully registered waste carrier with the Environment Agency, Licence No: CBDU432801. This covers the collection and transportation of building and construction waste. All waste is taken to a licensed facility where it’s sorted and recycled wherever possible. We can provide a Duty of Care waste transfer note on request — important for contractors who need to demonstrate legal compliance.
Is heavy rubble and concrete priced differently?
Heavy waste like rubble, concrete and bricks is significantly heavier than light mixed building materials and is priced accordingly due to disposal weight charges. We’ll always give you a clear price before we start — no surprises on the day. Send us a photo or description of your waste and we’ll quote accurately based on what you’ve got.
